Shipping can be such a hassle, right?  "Will the driver show up when he's supposed to?"  "Will my goods arrive with no damage?"  "How come the driver won't bring my goods inside?"  SalonEquipment.Com can set you up in taking that hassle and guesswork out of it, making it a less stressful experience.  Standard shipping and delivery is based on dock-to-dock services.  Don't have a dock with which to receive your goods?  No problem!  Simply let us know you would like to have lift gate service included on delivery.  Lift gate service requires the driver to use the lift gate (or tail gate) on the back of their truck to lower your shipment from the bed of their truck to the ground level next to or near your space.  From there, you and/or your help would work together to get the items inside your space so you can begin setting up.  Don't have help?  Add an inside delivery service!  With this, the driver, in addition to bringing the shipment down off the truck, will bring your goods inside your space and set them inside the door in a safe area.  As a reminder, the driver won't set up, assemble, or install anything they bring in.  Carriers will typically notify you, the customer, to establish delivery appointments once your shipment arrives at your local terminal.  This allows you to plan accordingly.  One BIG thing to remember and note is to thoroughly check the boxes, crates, and other packing cartons, as well as the contents inside of them, to make sure there is no damage to any of your goods and products that may have occurred during shipping.  Noting damage on your delivery receipt when you sign for your shipment is important in the claim and replacement process.  While we don't expect shipping damage to occur, we understand that it sometimes does happen and we have a system in place to make the process smooth in resolving it.  Having open communication and dialogue about expectations and services regarding the shipping and delivery process has made, I've found, the process to be a whole lot less stressful and more worry-free.
